Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between Ready to Print and Custom Print?

Ready to Print is for quick orders — just upload your finished artwork and we’ll handle the rest.

Custom Print is for personalised projects where you want our team’s help with design, proofs, or premium finishes.

What file types do you accept for printing?

We recommend PDF Print (preferred), but we also accept AI, EPS, PNG, and JPEG.

For best results, export from your design tool using CMYK colour mode and include crop marks + 3mm bleed.

Can I use Canva to create my design?

Absolutely! Canva is a great option. Just export your file as PDF Print, tick Crop marks and bleed, or share your design link with editing access so we can check it before printing.

Do you send digital proofs before printing?

For Custom Print projects, yes, you’ll receive a digital proof for approval.

For Ready to Print orders, we print exactly what you upload to keep turnaround times fast.

How do I make sure my colours print correctly?

What’s a “bleed” and why do I need it?

A bleed is a small 2–3mm area around your design that gets trimmed off after printing. It prevents unwanted white edges and ensures your artwork prints edge-to-edge cleanly.

How fast will my order be printed and shipped?

Most Ready to Print orders are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Custom Print projects vary based on complexity - we’ll confirm timelines once your proof is approved.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No! We specialise in flexible printing - from single prints to bulk business orders.

You can order what you need, when you need it.

Can I reorder a previous job?

Yes! We keep your artwork on file for 12 months. Just contact us or log into your account to reorder quickly.

Do you offer express printing?

Yes, we can rush certain products depending on stock and setup. Contact us before ordering for a quote on express turnaround.

What if I uploaded the wrong file?

If you notice an error straight after ordering, contact us immediately — we’ll pause the job if it hasn’t entered production.

Once printing has started, changes can’t be made.

How do I send large files?

You can upload directly through the product page or share a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva edit link in your order notes. Make sure file permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view or edit”.

Can you fix or edit my design before printing?

We don’t make design changes on Ready to Print files.

However, our Custom Print service includes optional design tweaks, resizing, and print layout setup.

Where do you ship?

We print and ship Australia-wide. All orders are sent via tracked courier or Australia Post, depending on your location.
